Nicola Biasi Consulting was founded to guide and support wineries. Our mission is to achieve the production of high-quality wines in every business we encounter along our journey.

Thanks to its training and previous experience, Nicola Biasi Consulting is able to take a 360-degree view of each company. It supports its clients in every stage, from choosing the grape variety to managing the vineyard, from selecting equipment to overseeing the harvest, from winemaking to aging.

Vin de la Neu

2012 marks the beginning of an important change for Nicola: Vin de la Neu is born. A wine created to break the mold and to introduce a new category of wines—unique, distinctive, and with great aging potential.

Aransat

Tradition and innovation come together in a single wine: Aransat, born in Friuli and now a citizen of the world.

Resistenti Nicola Biasi

A project launched in 2021: Nicola brings together different wineries from different territories, all sharing the same goal—to produce high-quality wines in a truly sustainable way.

Mosella

In 2023, among the rolling hills of the German Moselle, a wine-growing project took shape that blends tradition and innovation.
